How to join Serenity?
This page explains the process of adding a legal body and its subjects into the Serenity Partner Program of Muellners Foundation.
For all types of business and non business groups, with whom Muellners Foundation strategically partners, these guidelines explain the current process. This process will soon be replaced by a technical implementation of DaO to self govern the Foundation's partner program, titularly known as Project Serenity:

STEP 1: Proposal: Write an email from your organisation's official email account to [email protected] titled "Addition to Serenity".

In the email, please enclose the following details:
a. Certificate of Incorporation and a Tax Residency Identification Document of the proposed organisation (a digital copy issued by an appropriate jurisdiction is valid.)
b. A Public facing presentation(video, audio or a powerpoint format) that can be used to explain:
1. Proposed Organisation's profile,
2. Proposed Organisation's scope of work, area of expertise
3. Leadership Team profile,
4. Organisation's upcoming 12 month roadmap

Non for Profit
Open Source Community
Govt & Inter Govt
If the proposed organisation is a fintech startup, please identify metrics such as book size, no. of clients, operational locations, digital transformation actions taken so far, in the public facing presentation.
Add information on any regulatory license (from a Central Bank), received by the organisation.
Add information on partnerships with another Foundations and companies.
The presentation by far does not need to meet a fixed criteria.
Members should be willing to share what they can share openly, and the information that can be posted publicly.
If the proposed organisation is a Non for Profit, please identify metrics such as impact size, no. of clients, operational locations, digital transformation actions taken so far, in the public facing presentation.
Add information on any regulatory license (from a Central Bank), received by the organisation.
Add information on partnerships with another Foundations, Trusts, Societies, companies & likes of such.
Add an Annual Impact Report.
The presentation by far does not need to meet a fixed criteria.
Members should be willing to share what they can share openly, and the information that can be posted publicly.
In addition to above documentation on the organisation, maintaining an open source project, please add community links - Discord, slack, Discourse mailing list.
In addition to the above documentation for a Govt or an Inter Govt Agencies, members from these agencies shall reach out to [email protected] for a detailed discussion on joining Serenity.
Another sound recommendation is to add as much information possible on the social aspect of the partner's work.
For help on drafting the presentation, please seek guidance from a senior member of the community.
c. A brief note from the CEO, or a leader from the proposed organisation, explaining how the organisation sees the benefit in addition to "Serenity" Partner Program.

STEP 2: First Community Discussion:

One of the Foundation's community member or a member from the proposed partner organisation shall post in the member space about the organisation.

STEP 3: Nomination

Upon the community post, one of the Board committee members nominates the induction resolution for a Board vote. This generally takes place on the Board's private mailing list and later on Serenity Governance.
All members of the proposed organisation observe the vote & remarks from Board members.
This step usually takes 72 hours to account for the time zone differences, Board members detailed review of the associated literature.

STEP 4: If the quorum is not achieved in favour of the resolution, please collect feedback. The process can be initiated again after a cooling period of 6 months.

If the quorum is achieved in favour of the resolution, and a decision is in favour of the addition, the proposed organisation becomes a "Serenity" partner.
Then the authorised signatory signs the digital document received from [email protected]

STEP 5: Community OPEN session: Open Podcast;

An open session by partner organisation shall be required to increase visibility of the partner case study.
This open session is particularly important to bring the community's attention to the partner organisation's use case and welcome all partner organisation members in the Foundation member space officially.

STEP 6: Join hands and walk with us.

If the Partner organisation maintains an open source community around an open source project which the Foundation supports, as part of Serenity Partner Program, then the partner organisation shall connect the community via technical integration with the Foundation's subscribed membership space.
For functional and announcements, please join your organisation via Slack Connect
For community development announcements, please join your organisation's Discord server channels with Foundation's discord server.
Foundation members will assist you in Step 6.

STEP 7: Join the waiting list of Serenity Governance(website coming soon)
