👿Anti Incumbency Staging
This page explains Open Constitution's anti incumbency staging protocol and guidelines on anti nepotism.
Any Open Council or a C.W.C. membership shall be for a finite period of time to avoid bringing incumbency to the Open Constitution's self-governance.
Applicable on membership to a constitutional body of the Open Constitution.
Whenever any member retires from one Council body, any nomination of the same member to a different Open Council body shall have a cooling period of at least 3 months.
Guidelines on Nepotism:
Open Constitution network does not support nepotism.
Any member shall not promote their related family members to the electoral seats.
Therefore members shall take extra precautions in nominating proposals or candidatures to Open Council & its memberships.
