After Grant Acceptance
This page explains the guidelines for the Grant Recipient of the Muellners Foundation's Open Grant Program.
If you submitted a research proposal as per guidelines here, and your proposal has received an "Approved Board Resolution state", then you are a Grant Recipient.
Post Grant approval, following are the guidelines and directives that you MUST comply:
As a grant recipient, you have a contractually binding relationship with Muellners Foundation, in addition to a voluntary membership.
MEETINGS:
  1. 1.
    The Grantee meets the community periodically (e.g every month and based on mentorโ€™s decision) & shares technical progress and receives community feedback, to publish progress in open calls and open research portal.
  2. 2.
    The Grantee meets the mentor periodically (e.g each week or a month based on mentorโ€™s and granteeโ€™s unanimous decision) and shares technical progress, receives community feedback.
  3. 3.
    The Grantee shares reports and findings from ongoing research and development, moderation of work as per Foundationโ€™s OSS Usage and Delivery Policy.
CODE OF CONDUCT:
As a grant recipient, you shall uphold the Guiding Principles and Code of Coduct of the Muellners Foundation.
HUMAN VALUES & ETHICS:
As a grant recipient, you shall uphold the human values and ethics in performing research.
BRAND PROTECTION:
You shall protect the brand value of the Muellners Foundation and its partner ecosystem, by ensuring research standards are maintained.
PLAGIARISM:
Any form of plagiarism must be avoided in documenting grant based research.
DATA PRIVACY, CONSENT, CONFIDENTIALITY:
You should follow and remain in compliance with the several provisions of Foundation's data protection & data security policies.
